The history of the Hotel Real Fini Group dates back to the turn of the twentieth century when Telesforo Fini and his wife Giuditta opened a deli in Corso Canalchiaro, in the heart of downtown Modena.
Dedication and the pursuit and respect for quality were the features that immediately distinguished the deli that soon started serving traditional dishes from Modena, carefully and passionately prepared by Giudita, to its loyal customers.
Almost one hundred years after its humble beginnings, the Premiata Salumeria San Francesco still stands where Giuditta and Telesforo worked.
The Hotel Real Fini Group has grown and now includes, in addition to the deli, the Hotel Real Fini Via Emilia, Hotel Real Fini Baia del Re and the Baia del Re restaurant.
